Aus Radio Search app for iPhone and iPad

Find local Broadcast Radio station transmitter locations in Australia based on your devices current location.

Travellers, Campers, emergency service operators or radio enthusiasts can instantly see nearby local radio stations, either in a listed format or on map.
Each radio stations band, frequency, distance and direction is displayed.
The user can select to see either AM, FM or both AM&FM stations.

The app user can select the most applicable or interesting station and tune their AM/FM radio to the given frequency.

The app user can browse to the radio station website (If the url link is available) for more information and live streaming (if available).

The Station Display Listing:
- Use the search bar to find matching station callsign, location, on-air-id or frequency.
- Display a listing of radio stations in order of distance to the transmitter site.
- Other sorting criteria are also available: By state, by area, etc.
- Redirect to a radio stations web site by clicking on the information button.

Map Display:
- Radio station transmitter site locations are displayed on a map.
- By clicking on the location pin, a radio stations band, frequency, distance and direction is displayed.

The Radio Station location data contained in this application is provided by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) from the Register of Radio communications Licences (RRL) SPECTRA system.
